Terms of Service

Last updated 3 August 2026

These terms govern your use of SupaPush (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

1. The Service

SupaPush schedules and publishes content to social media accounts you connect, and provides related features including a content calendar, a comment inbox, analytics, AI-assisted content generation, a REST API and an MCP server. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something you rely on materially, we will tell you before it happens where we reasonably can.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by teammates you invite and by any API token or AI agent you authorise. Keep your credentials and tokens confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or token has been compromised.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and to hold the social accounts you connect.

3. Connected social accounts

You connect third-party accounts through each platform's own authorisation flow. We never receive or store your passwords for those platforms. You can disconnect an account at any time, from within SupaPush or from the platform's own settings.

Those platforms are not ours. Your use of them remains subject to their terms, and they can change their APIs, restrict access, rate-limit us, or suspend your account for reasons outside our control. We cannot guarantee that any particular post will publish, and we are not responsible for a platform's decisions about your content or account.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload or publish through the Service. You grant us only the licence we need to operate it — to store your content, process it, and transmit it to the platforms you selected, on your instruction.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish, and for the content complying with the law and with the rules of the platforms you post it to.

5. AI features

Some features generate text, images or video from your prompts and inputs. Generated output can be inaccurate, derivative or unsuitable — review it before you publish it. As between you and us, you own the output you generate, subject to the rights of any third party whose material you supplied as input. Generation consumes credits from your plan's monthly allowance.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that harasses or endangers anyone;
  • operate accounts you do not have permission to operate, or impersonate a person or organisation;
  • run spam, engagement farming, or coordinated inauthentic activity;
  • circumvent a platform's rate limits, automation rules or terms;
  • probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access to it without our agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why when we do.

7. Plans, billing and the trial

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the plan begins and the first payment is taken.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you are. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Credits included with a plan reset when the plan renews and do not carry over. Additional workspaces are charged separately at the rate shown on the pricing page.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Billing, with no fee. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded for the unused part of a period.

We may terminate or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if required by law. If we terminate an account that has not breached these terms, we will refund the unused portion.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and publishing on time, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, platform outages and third-party failures all happen. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
